You retain the absolute right to cancel your order entirely free of charge at any point prior to its physical dispatch from our fulfillment warehouse. Once an order has been officially processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners for transit, cancellations can no longer be accepted. However, if your shipment has already dispatched and you still wish to return the items, you may proceed through our standard return protocols upon receiving the delivery, provided the required eligibility conditions are satisfied.

Due to the delicate, personal, and health-focused nature of our product lineup, standard returns or exchanges based on a change of mind are strictly restricted. We will, however, gladly authorize a return or replacement if your item arrives physically damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect relative to what you ordered. To qualify for a return or replacement under these exceptional circumstances, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of formal delivery by providing clear photographic or unboxing video evidence of the issue.

Upon receiving and physically inspecting the authorized returned product at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to validate your claim. Once approved, your refund will be initiated directly back to your original mode of payment, or issued as store credit depending on your explicit preference. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to successfully reflect in your bank account or payment provider statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing timelines.
